We Got Another Horse!

Here are some pics of our new horse Lily. They are taken with a cell phone so not the greatest. She is so sweet! We can't wait to get our other horse ready to ride so we can go riding as a family!

Thanksgiving 09

This Thanksgiving was fun. Aidan had a lot of fun visiting everyone. The pics are from Mawmaw's house on Thanksgiving. This is also a preview of what Aidan does everyday while Mama and Daddy are at work. He rides his tricycle that Pawpaw bought him. He loves it! He also loves to swing but is very picky over who swings him. Just for note there are two of each tricycle and swing. The boys (Gage and Aidan) wouldn't have it any other way.

Daddy and Chip's Tree!

On the night before Thanksgiving Adam and Chip decided that Aidan not only needed a tree in the house but one in the yard as well. So the adventure began. The tree was found and returned to our front yard and the pictures are of the setting of the tree. Since this night we have put spot lights and ornaments on the tree. Tiger and Pooh are standing beside it and waving to everyone who goes by. Aidan absolutely loves it. More pics to come of the finished product.

Christmas Pics 2009

Aidan, Nana, and I went back to Ashley Park for some Christmas Pics. Did not get many great ones but got a couple I could not live without. Aidan was very tired and his nap got messed up so he did not pose very well. Hope you enjoy!

Our Early Christmas Present!

Adam brought Aidan and I an early Christmas present home last weekend.

We love him he is so sweet. Aidan loves to pet the "giddy up". We have not gotten to ride him yet he needs some more work but he is fun just to visit and play with. Hoping for some pretty weather soon so we can spend some quality time with him. I was shocked Adam kept it a secret from me. He did a really good job up till the last minute and he finally told me he was going to pick him up. I have always wanted a horse since I was little and finally he made my dream come true. He is the best husband and father. Thank you Adam !

Halloween!

I know November is almost over and I am just now getting up some Halloween pics but I am huge slacker and I'll admit it. This Halloween we decided to do the home made costume thing. Aidan was Dennis the Menace because he has the blonde hair and cowlick to fit the part. Pawpaw made him the cutest slingshot for his back pocket that he left in pretty well. We went to the Fall Festival at Flint River with Nana for our first Halloween outing and he had a great time. He threw bean bags at cans, picked up ducks for prizes and then Mason took him down the big blow up slide outside. While Mommy stayed in the gym to try and win a raffle prize Aidan and Gage played in Nana's classroom and had a blast. It was fun! On Halloween we had a busy day. We first went to Aidan's second cousin Bennett's Halloween party where there was a blow up jumpy thing, lots of cute kids to play with and a great party. Aidan loved the jumpy thing he stayed in it for a while and had a blast. We had to leave there early because Uncle Michael and Aunt Jamie had Halloween at their house. Aidan went with Nana but didn't get to trick or treat because it was raining and we didn't want him to get sick. Mommy and Daddy went to an adult Halloween party while Aidan stayed and played with Nana. Here are some pics from our Halloween.

Potty Training FULL SPEED AHEAD!

We have officially started the potty training process. We have been kinda showing Aidan about the potty but recently he decided it was time. He has been rewarded several times this week for going to the potty and everyday he gets more and more rewards. Hopefully this will be easy but we will see.

Aidan's Surgery Sept. 09

Aidan had surgery in Sept. to fix a hernia. He did great and the doctor says he will only have a small scar and should not have any complications from it any more in his life. It was hard to see them put him to sleep and then wait just go back to a room to wait but it was so fast. He was back in with us before we knew it. Here are some pics from the trip.

October 2009

Happy Fall! So what has been going on with us. Aidan had surgery this past month which went well and I believe bothered me way more than it did him. We were in and out in a day and he was back to his old self the next morning. Thank goodness for the great people at Scottish Rite who were great to us the whole time. Aidan has begun to talk a whole lot more and repeat almost everything you say. I believe "tractor" is still his most common word he says. He absolutely loves to ride a tractor. This weekend I decided to try to take photos of Aidan on my own and I think they turned out well with the help of Nana we got some really good ones. These are the ones in the slideshow below. I have not had time to edit them so for the most part they are straight out of the camera. Hopefully I will have more pics to post after this weekend and Halloween. We have a couple of events to attend which I will have my camera at. I will also try to post some of the pics from Aidan's hospital visit and some random ones of him around the house. Hello all,

Yes we are still here just busy. I started back to school this month so posts may be rare while I am trying to keep up with Aidan, Adam and school work. This month Aidan turned 18 months old I can not believe he will be 2 soon. Time flies when you are having fun. This month we have been trying to enjoy the wonderful weather here are some pics to show you what we have been up to.

He says this constantly because that is always what he wants to go do.

We also went and watched Anya, Papa 2, Daddy round up the cows.

He loves the cows and loved this!

We are having a blast watching Aidan grow and change. He says new things everyday and mimics almost everything we do. He is an absolute joy! Post again soon!
